Wesley grew up around construction and has several close family members involved in the construction industry. As an attorney, he integrates his unique perspective into his practice to offer clients valuable insight beyond the purely legal challenges most often encountered.
Wesley has a talent for getting to the root of problems and developing custom-tailored legal solutions. In doing so, he thoroughly considers general and specific factors that affect the lives and businesses of his clients. Above all, he uses his strength in communication to translate complex legal issues into plain language so his clients are better able to make informed decisions.
Prior to joining the firm, Wesley operated a sole practice covering a wide range of civil law issues. He has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Colorado State University and a Law degree from Creighton University. He is actively involved in all practice areas offered by the firm and has dedicated his focus to the areas of Construction Law, Personal Injury Law, and the Federal Tort Claims Act.
